Succession Management

The principals of CCM understand that it's not enough to build and run a successful money management firm. Since retirement at some point is inevitable, owners must be able to capitalize on what they have created and ensure that the firm’s legacy carries on.

Yet ownership and leadership transition is a sensitive issue for an investment management firm and everyone involved with it – owners, employees and clients. Any such transition presents difficult choices:
