Collaboration Opportunities

A fundamental need of CEO’s and their management teams is to have a sounding board as they address the issues and opportunities that face their firm. We work with our affiliates to apply the knowledge and strengths of our collective enterprise – those of our investment management affiliates, the holding company, as well as all of our service providers – to each individual affiliate.

We provide an environment where our affiliates can network with each other to tackle issues and explore business opportunities. We offer two formal collaboration opportunities:

• Affiliate conferences to enhance knowledge sharing among affiliates, holding company and outside experts.
• Active board level participation by representatives of the holding company

As relationships build over time, these formal opportunities become the foundation of informal but equally effective networks of peers and colleagues throughout the CCM family. Ongoing communication generated by these networks provides our affiliates with the benefit of the combined experience of the entire CCM enterprise.
