Our Team
Convergent Capital Management was founded by the three principals of Hayes & Griffith,
Inc.: James E. Hayes, H. Tom Griffith, and Richard H. Adler.
For 13 years,
they developed significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions,
corporate
finance, securities underwriting, venture capital and research
and trading.
They created a track record marked by resourcefulness, judgment
and integrity.
Since founding CCM, they have been joined by a team of investment
professionals
who bring a wealth of financial services experience to the
firm.

Richard
H. Adler, co-founder of CCM, brings to the Company
20 years of corporate finance and financial management experience,
including seven years with the Company’s
predecessor Hayes & Griffith, Inc., where he was responsible for corporate
finance and M&A activities. Adler also was key to the firm’s mergers
and acquisitions practice, and led Hayes & Griffith’s activities in
the industry consolidation arena. Adler began his career at American National
Bank & Trust Company of Chicago . Adler is a 1976 graduate of the University
of Michigan and holds an MBA from Indiana University .

Jon
C. Hunt serves as CCM’s Chief Operating Officer
with responsibility for ensuring the continuing growth and
success of CCM’s affiliates. He joined CCM from Northern
Trust in 1998 where his 25 years’ experience in sales,
marketing, product development and operations crossed three
business lines–institutional investment management,
master trust and treasury management. Most recently Hunt
was senior vice president at Northern Trust Global Investments,
during which the business grew from $40 billion in assets
under management to close to $200 billion. Hunt is a 1973
graduate of Northwestern University (B.A., economics). He
also holds an MBA (finance, marketing and accounting) from
Northwestern’s Kellogg
Graduate School of Management.

Gregory
P. Francoeur, CPA, is CCM’s Chief
Financial Officer. Prior
to joining CCM in 1997, Francoeur was a Senior Auditor in
Price Waterhouse LLP’s Financial Services Industry
Practice in Chicago where he provided audit services to hedge
funds, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, and
futures commission merchants. Francoeur graduated
with honors from Indiana University - Bloomington with a BS in Accounting in
1993 and received his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate
School of Business in 2000.

Susan S. Rudzinski
is CCM’s Compliance Director. Prior to joining CCM in
2006, Rudzinski had 20 years of experience in the investment
advisory industry. Her background includes independent consulting
work assisting investment advisors with compliance and operations
matters and serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Operations
Manager of The Burridge Group LLC, an institutional equity
manager. Rudzinski graduated from Oberlin College in 1985 and
earned her J.D. with Honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law
in 2006.

H.
Tom Griffith,
CFA, co-founder of CCM and its predecessor, Hayes & Griffith, Inc., has over
40 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started as a financial
analyst with a large brokerage firm and later joined Sara Lee Corporation where
he participated in merger and acquisitions activity as well as the management
of the pension and profit-sharing plans. In the late 60’s Griffith joined
Laird Inc., a unique investment banking and institutional brokerage firm where
he met Jim Hayes . In the early 70’s, they both joined Morgan Stanley where
Tom continued his experience in institutional equity sales and sales management.
In the early 80’s, Jim and Tom founded Hayes & Griffith, a boutique
investment banking firm. Tom is a graduate of Northwestern University and is
a Chartered Financial Analyst.

James
E. Hayes
is a co-founder of CCM and its predecessor, Hayes & Griffith, Inc. Hayes
was first employed by Laird & Co., a well-known NYSE investment banking firm,
in 1966. In 1972, he joined Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York , where he was
involved in institutional sales, syndication and corporate finance before co-founding
the investment banking firm of Hayes & Griffith, Inc. in 1983. Hayes is a
graduate of Holy Cross College and has an MBA from the University of Michigan.
This team will guide the future of CCM. The team’s extensive experience and their relationships, developed with money mangers, make them uniquely qualified to understand the needs and concerns of these investment management professionals.
